The job holder will be responsible for formulating, reviewing, and executing robust data collection and compilation strategies for national economic statistics in line with the National Strategy for Development of Statistics (NSDS) and international frameworks. Providing high-level vision, technical direction, and mentorship to the Macroeconomics Division team, fostering an environment of technical excellence, continuous training, and statistical innovation. Directing the comprehensive compilation, analysis, and timely release of vital macroeconomic data, including Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Consumer Price Indices (CPI), inflation trends, and Balance of Payments (BoP) coordination.
